At XP Inc., I led the redesign of the login fraud check as an event-driven flow, bringing fraud analysis from six hours to near real time and enabling a fraudulent login to be blocked in about 500 ms. I also helped select a facial-biometrics partner; the solution achieved an 85% reduction in fraud.
At Localiza, I led the rental-contract team's extraction of a service from a .NET monolith using the strangler pattern and Kafka. Moving the new services to AKS with autoscaling raised holiday uptime from 80% to 99%. At Philips, I automated deployment of the Sensedia API Gateway for a new Tasy EMR integration product, cutting setup time by 90% and errors by 99%.
