I've spent over 25 years evolving complex, business-critical software systems across finance, healthcare, retail, energy, government, and defense. Most recently at netLex, I modernized a Contract Lifecycle Management platform by incrementally evolving its Workflow domain and reducing dependencies on a legacy monolith.

At Thoughtworks, I led architecture and delivery work for ChenMed, Sweetgreen, Storable, and ExxonMobil. I helped establish microservices foundations, reusable service templates, resilient external integrations, progressive delivery practices, and large-scale operational automation that eliminated thousands of hours of manual effort.

At CESAR, I progressed from Senior Engineer to Technical Lead, guiding complex initiatives for global brands, public institutions, and financial organizations. I led a 10-engineer squad, cut CI test execution time by more than 50%, modernized a mission-critical Central Bank system, and architected production software from inception through delivery.

I focus on balancing long-term architectural evolution with business priorities through pragmatic modernization, engineering standards, mentoring, and close collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.
