What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply organizational psychology through training and talent support—creating learning materials, improving onboarding, and collaborating under pressure. I want a role where I can keep learning, take new challenges, and grow with a strong team.

I’m a Psychology graduate focused on applying organizational psychology in practical, high-impact talent and training operations. I bring teamwork strength and a high tolerance for working under pressure, with experience building onboarding and training content using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and managing learning delivery through Absorb LMS.

Most recently, I supported training operations and administrative workflows for a legal team, including HIPAA-compliant document requests, tracking, and uploading materials in Litify. Previously, as a Specialist Sourcer I in background screening for Citi, I handled 100–120 cases while using Workday and Equifax, keeping recruiting coordinators updated and partnering with candidates when additional documentation was needed.
