I seek an entry-level HR role where I can apply recruitment and HR-technology skills, grow in organizational development, and use AI tools to improve productivity and employee well-being.

I am a Psychology student at Universidad Ricardo Palma and a Law student at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, focused on organizational management and human talent development. I bring experience in recruitment, personnel selection, HR digital tools, and operational roles that strengthened my communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.

I have practical experience using Excel, Microsoft Office 365, and Power BI, and I implement technology-based solutions to improve HR efficiency and data organization. I am known for commitment, punctuality, responsibility, and a results-oriented approach.

I am passionate about applying new technologies and artificial intelligence to boost productivity, well-being, and efficiency in work and educational environments, and I learn quickly and autonomously to adapt to evolving organizational needs.
