I’m a creative and detail-oriented professional with experience in branding, visual design, digital organization, customer support, client experience, and project coordination. My background combines customer-facing roles with creative and operational support, allowing me to understand both the organizational and human side of projects while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Through personal and independent projects, I’ve developed visual identities, created custom illustrations, designed textile patterns and fashion figurines, and organized website content and visual layouts focused on brand consistency. I’ve also structured workflows, content organization systems, and creative processes using tools such as Notion, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and Procreate.

My experience in customer support and client communication has strengthened my ability to manage multiple responsibilities, understand client needs, and create organized and positive experiences. I enjoy transforming ideas into visually cohesive and well-structured projects while supporting both the creative and operational side of businesses.
