What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue leading participatory democracy, governance, electoral inclusion, and international cooperation initiatives with public institutions, civil society, and international organizations.

I've coordinated participatory democracy and political inclusion initiatives with the United Nations Development Programme, Mexico City Electoral Institute, National Electoral Institute, and Mexican civil society organizations.

At UNDP, I led the ZERO political violence against women project, training women candidates and public officials—including indigenous and Afro-Mexican women—and developing support for civil society organizations defending the political-electoral rights of women and LGBTIQ+ people. I also coordinated electoral cooperation, research, and international relationships on inclusion, political participation, electronic voting, and electoral justice.

I'm currently an independent consultant on citizen participation and democracy, supporting Ollin, A.C. and mentoring Latin American NGOs through People Powered's Inclusive Democracy Accelerator.
