What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can build client-centered service delivery, strengthen policies and referral pathways, and coordinate across institutions—turning operational data into clear, accountable action under sensitive, high-impact conditions.

I’m a service-oriented leader with 8+ years across UNDP, UN Women, and government, focused on direct client service, cross-institutional coordination, and program administration. I’m at my best supporting individuals in complex, sensitive, and high-pressure situations—bringing discretion, empathy, and sound judgment into every interaction.

As Deputy Director for Sexual Diversity & Gender Inclusion Services, I lead client-facing delivery across specialized units, supervise case quality and protocol compliance, and ensure alignment with victim-centered standards and current legal frameworks. I also led the technical review and update of sexual harassment and abuse response protocols, and designed a cross-institutional coordination protocol to close service gaps and streamline referrals.

Previously at UN Women Mexico, I operated at the center of problem-solving—identifying administrative and financial bottlenecks, streamlining 800+ interdepartmental tasks into a first-ever internal service desk, and presenting quarterly progress reports that translate operational data into strategic recommendations. I also supported resource mobilization across Latin America, co-designing and securing a 3-country regional project with an initial investment of USD $300,000.

At UNDP Mexico, I led travel and logistics for multiple UN system agencies, enforced UN travel policies in a multi-agency environment, and recovered MXN $500,000 in outstanding payments. Earlier, I coordinated national programs, managed mission logistics for field deployments, served as a Gender and LGBTQ+ institutional focal point, and delivered 100+ workshops on socioemotional skills, inclusive leadership, and conflict resolution.
