At Práctica independiente, I created and direct Ensayos para no colapsar and Maxinstantes, translating sociological evidence on time use into practical management tools. I validate product designs with users and refine the methods through qualitative feedback.
At FOMEC Laguna, I reactivated Metrópoli Laguna after a year on pause and rebuilt its metropolitan network. I reconnected 80% of its actors, who proposed three social projects on mobility, water, and citizen participation.
At IMPLAN Torreón, I developed the theoretical framework and coordinated surveys and focus groups for Torreón’s gender violence diagnosis. I also applied the logical framework methodology to the institutional annual operating program and trained municipal departments in a 30-hour course.
At IMPLAN Torreón, I identified, managed, and presented the municipality’s first Mexico–France international cooperation program to AMEXCID. The €17,500 program benefited 300 people in its first year.
