At Zendesk, I co-lead Tech for Good, managing 700+ annual nonprofit applications, selecting 25+ organizations, and awarding more than $500K in software donations each year.

I also scale global employee engagement through Zendesk’s Social Impact Council, coordinating volunteering across 20 countries and supporting AI-focused digital literacy and upskilling initiatives for nonprofit partners. I partner with regional and executive stakeholders on program goals, impact reporting, and giving strategy.

Previously at Capgemini, I developed CSR impact-measurement frameworks and coordinated global volunteering initiatives across approximately 50 countries. Through an HEC Paris consulting project, I benchmarked digital inclusion practices and recommended improvements to social-program reporting.

My background also includes ESG consulting at COMUNAL, environmental law work at Defensa Ambiental, and volunteer work supporting housing regularization and environmental programs. I’m motivated by environmental conservation, sustainability, and practical social impact.
