At HP Inc., I led the implementation and launch of a Supplier Communications Portal serving 100–150 suppliers across 15+ countries. I coordinated requirements, development, validation, launch readiness, and post-launch issue resolution.
I also prepared quarterly ESG performance reports in Power BI and Smartsheet, tracking supplier completion of Human Rights and Environmental training programs for senior management. With Program Managers, I developed and maintained approximately 10 SOPs to support process consistency and audit readiness.
At Avnet, I coordinated order processing and supply chain operations for Foxconn and Celestica accounts, and trained two new team members on SAP, Salesforce, and internal processes. Earlier at SEGA Consultores, I contributed to environmental assessments and produced GIS maps for regulatory approval processes.
