What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Senior LMS Administrator or Learning Technology role where I can own back-end platform administration, user permissions, and workflow automation, while using my e-learning background to ensure seamless content delivery and reliable reporting.

At PlayPower, I grew TalentLMS from roughly 350 to more than 2,000 users across eight locations, supporting a catalog of about 150 courses. I built automated enrollments and role-based learning paths that cut course-search time by 34% and increased related enrollments by 78%.

I manage LMS administration end to end, including SSO and API support, SCORM troubleshooting, permissions, reporting, and user onboarding. I've created more than 110 courses with Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Camtasia, led a no-disruption interface upgrade, and launched a public CEU-accredited learning branch.
