At ALTAY Yazılım Savunma ve Endüstriyel Tic. A.Ş., I directed the Project Management Office from 2011 to 2023, monitoring scope, schedules, costs, resources, risks and quality targets. I reported project deviations to senior management and worked with project managers to standardize project management processes.
I managed defense and public-sector projects, including ASELSAN, TUSAŞ, ROKETSAN, MSB, Kara Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı and NATO work. These projects covered system and software development, requirements, integration, verification and testing.
At ArkSigner, I coordinated customer, contract, service desk, SLA and change-management processes for KYC/KYB and e-signature products. In my subsequent Product Owner role, I worked on ArkDijital product and platform preparation, including requirements and preliminary designs for the E-Hizmet Platform.
Earlier, I worked in analysis, testing, software quality and network roles, including analysis and test team leadership on HAWK/AMRAAM air defense and other defense software projects. I use Jira, Confluence, MS Project, DOORS and other tools, and have worked with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and traditional project management approaches.
