I’m a creative and experienced professional with 15+ years across illustration, education, technical instruction and client-facing work. My background has taught me how to communicate clearly, understand what people need, troubleshoot problems and explain things in a practical, patient way.

I’m comfortable working independently and remotely, and I’m confident with digital tools, online communication and learning new systems. I’ve worked with a wide range of people, from creative clients and students to colleagues and members of the public, and I’m good at adapting my communication style to the person and situation.

I’m currently looking for flexible remote work where I can bring these skills to customer or client support, community and content work, helpdesk or technical support, moderation, or other roles where being reliable, thoughtful and good with people matters.
