What I'm looking for

I aspire to work in a dynamic, competitive organisation where my IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting skills are fully utilized, contributing to long-term solutions and growth through strong teamwork and constructive feedback.

I work at the intersection of IT support and information systems, aiming to contribute wherever efficiency, reliability, and clear documentation matter most. Through my National Service, including IT TECHNICIAN and Management Information System Officer (MISO) duties, I’ve built practical experience supporting organizations and handling data-focused responsibilities.

I’m currently strengthening my foundation with an MSc in Computing (with Business Management), while backing it with credentials such as CCNA and CCNP, CompTIA A+ and N+, and Microsoft Certified Solution Expert in Infrastructure. I bring hands-on capability in hardware/software installation and troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows Server Administration, internet routing protocols, and designing and configuring databases and websites.
