What I'm looking for

I’m seeking entry-level opportunities in sales development, business development, sales operations, or customer success.

At Sicredi, I support members with day-to-day service needs, digital banking app guidance, and product questions. I use Salesforce to maintain member records, support product offers, prepare product and rate simulations, and send documents for electronic signature.

I also use Botmaker to assist customers through digital messaging channels and contribute to content creation and social media activities. My work includes supporting the presentation of financial products and services, including insurance and credit solutions.

At Marfrig Global Foods, I digitized and organized administrative documents and used TOTVS workflows to support driver release procedures. I’m studying Business Administration at UniAnchieta and developed advanced English through a study-abroad program in Australia.
