I'm looking for an opportunity to develop my skills, learn, and add value through administrative, sales-support, customer-service, and process-organizing work.

I've supported sales operations at Tibério Construtora since 2019, guiding buyers through sales channels and helping commercial teams resolve questions by phone and digital channels.

I validate contracts, documentation, payments, and electronic signatures through D4Sign. I also create manuals and training materials, track commercial targets and indicators, and support property launches.
