At Ucontact by net2phone, I developed an integrated QA platform for AI-assisted test case generation, test tracking, and reporting. I also own automation for its SaaS contact center platform, with Cypress and Playwright suites and API automation in TypeScript.

I built GitHub Actions workflows to run automation after deploys and Allure reporting that turns JSON results into readable HTML. Each release, I run regression, smoke, and performance testing.

Through StartQA, I worked on QA for web, mobile, and desktop applications for clients in the US and UK, building automation for Android and iOS as well as web. At FG Web Design, my independent studio, I apply QA practices to every delivery for clients in Uruguay and Argentina.
