What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality strategy in a product-focused environment where I can build risk-based testing practices, guide automation decisions, partner with engineering early, and advance AI-assisted QA.

At NeoCoast, I built the QA function from zero across around 20 web and mobile products, growing it into three service lines including automation while maintaining zero reported production incidents.

I lead test strategy, risk-based coverage decisions, release readiness, and defect triage, partnering with product and engineering early through requirements and design reviews.

I own automation strategy using Playwright and TypeScript, API testing with Postman, and AI-assisted testing approaches that have made test design around 10x faster. I also support QA for AI products, including chatbot testing and data privacy.

Previously, I led QA engineers across six Scrum teams at Modelit and was the first in-house QA hire at Nareia Software. I teach testing fundamentals, have trained more than 1,000 students, and help organize Uruguay's QA community through UruQAy.
