I’m looking for a role where I can combine bilingual customer support and interpreting—handling orders, payments, and disputes, de-escalating calmly, and using my empathy and Excel-based support to deliver fast, confidential resolutions.

I’m a bilingual Spanish-English customer service professional and interpreter with remote experience resolving orders, payments, and disputes. I help customers through ordering, returns, and issue troubleshooting while keeping communication clear, empathetic, and culturally aware.

In my customer service role, I guided customers through ordering and returns processes, clarified product information, and troubleshot issues to reduce follow-up contacts.
