I’m looking to lead FP&A and finance strategy in a high-growth fintech, owning budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning while building teams that turn complex data into actionable decisions and sustainable growth.

I’m a finance and FP&A leader with 15+ years transforming data into strategic decisions in high-growth fintech. I currently lead FP&A and strategy for Mercado Libre’s Fintech division across LATAM, helping drive critical business decisions and long-term growth initiatives across 4 countries.

My focus is building and maintaining robust financial models that support strategic planning, financial forecasting, and performance management. I oversee annual budgeting and forecasting, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and variance analysis, and I translate complex financial data and market insights into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership—anchored in P&L performance.

Previously, I developed and implemented FP&A strategy, aligned it to company objectives, and led finance teams (including a team of 4). I’ve also led FP&A for a private investment firm managing a $200M USD multi-asset portfolio, creating financial control infrastructure for cost management, treasury, and compliance reporting while delivering executive and board-level financial reporting.
