At Accenture Argentina, I originated and led the end-to-end design and deployment of an FP&A and SKU profitability solution across five countries and two business units. It cut information availability from three weeks to one and reduced manual effort by approximately 90%.

I also led the development and consolidation of the financial case for a large-scale enterprise technology transformation. I established OPEX and CAPEX baselines and 10-year projections across five workstreams, supporting executive investment prioritization.

In my current role as Associate Director, I advise finance and business leaders on strategic decisions and lead finance and enterprise transformation projects across Latin America and the US. I lead a consulting team of 30+ professionals, including six direct reports, and interdisciplinary project teams.

Earlier, at Banco Cetelem Argentina (BNP Paribas Group), I designed and developed an integrated forecasting model covering P&L, OpEx, liquidity, interest rate GAP, financial risks, product margins and ICAAP stress scenarios. It reduced HR forecasting time from two days to four hours and accelerated scenario planning by 70%.
