At Grupo Arcor, I lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for the Foods business unit, partnering with senior stakeholders to build robust financial plans and assumptions.

I deliver monthly P&L reporting, actual-versus-budget variance analysis, and margin and working-capital insights for the CFO and regional leadership. I’ve developed SKU profitability models in Power BI that improved reporting quality and reduced monthly close time.

Previously at Banco Galicia, I monitored retail banking KPIs, built Tableau dashboards, and evaluated strategic projects exceeding USD 25M using NPV, IRR, and payback analysis. I also automated recurring reporting with SQL and VBA to improve forecasting efficiency.

My foundation in financial reporting and controls comes from PwC Argentina, where I supported external audits and financial statement reviews across retail and energy clients.
