At Akademi Soft Skills Indonesia, I designed four curriculum modules for classroom delivery and created an accessible, visually engaging format using Canva. I also established the organization’s ongoing social media presence and ran Meta ad campaigns, with account reach passing 3,300 impressions.
At Psychology Services Unit IIUM, I supported administrative operations by scheduling and communicating with around 10 clients daily. I also handled documentation, test administration, and reports for more than 110 clients and eight clinical psychology trainees, while maintaining confidentiality.
I designed the unit’s first SOPs and promotional materials, and independently produced materials for a suicide-prevention awareness webinar that drew more than 350 attendees. At the Overseas Election Organising Group (KPPSLN) Malaysia I & II, I validated more than 140 voter records against national electoral standards with no errors.
My experience also includes customer-facing roles at The Lotts Bakery and Tata & Friends (Sorella (M) Sdn Bhd), where I supported smooth service and accurate transactions. I earned a Bachelor of Human Sciences - Psychology (Honours) from INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY MALAYSIA and am pursuing a Master of Arts (Psychology) at UNIVERSITAS GADJAH MADA, with an interest in Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
