What I'm looking for

I am looking for security or supervisory roles in people-oriented teams where I can use my observation, de-escalation and management skills to progress to team leader or area supervisor.

I am a dedicated security professional and customer service advisor with experience across retail customer support and multiple security roles, including mobile patrol, door supervision, static guarding, and festival response. I combine strong communication and basic IT skills with practical experience in cash handling, profiling, and de-escalation.
