I’m a dedicated Customer Service Representative focused on resolving customer inquiries and complaints quickly, while maintaining accurate customer records and following up until issues are resolved. In my current role, I support daily operations by responding to customer needs, tracking concerns, and keeping customer information up to date.

Previously, I managed appointments and handled customer concerns as a Customer Relations Officer and supported front-desk operations as a Customer Service Assistant. I bring strong communication, active listening, data entry, and a reliable approach to customer retention—using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.
