What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply CRM administration, sales operations, data management, and biomedical engineering knowledge while continuing to grow in technical support and AI-enabled tools.

At Step Medical Solutions, I managed Repzo and SAP CRM activities alongside invoice operations, coordinating daily work and maintaining accurate records in Google Sheets.

I've combined biomedical engineering training with sales operations, technical support, and client relations. During my internship at ASMO Company, I supported product presentations and CRM-based sales tracking.

I've also run marketing and customer service for a personal business page, handling client inquiries to support sales. Through Black Star Company, I completed intensive AI training and earned IBM's watsonx.ai Generative AI Tools Sales Foundation certification.
