At Global Tek – Professional Solutions, I manage customer communication and follow-up, create and track leads, opportunities, and quotations through CRM/ERP processes, and help keep the sales pipeline moving. I also prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements.
I support commercial activities with corporate, government, and institutional customers, including registrations, tenders, agreements, site visits, and security clearances. Earlier, I coordinated cargo and logistics operations at Fly Baghdad and supported administration and customer service at International Islamic Bank and Zain Iraq.
