I’m looking for a role where I can build AI-powered, scalable systems—integrations, RAG/voice features, and automation—while collaborating with a team that values clean engineering, fast iteration, and measurable performance improvements.

I’m a software engineer passionate about building intelligent, scalable solutions, with a strong focus on leveraging AI and technology to drive innovation. I enjoy learning quickly, adapting to new systems, and pushing boundaries in an ever-evolving tech landscape.

In my recent work with Shiptimize Inc., I integrate third-party logistics and e-commerce systems across Europe, working with platforms like DHL, GLS, UPS, CTT, and DPD as well as Lightspeed, CCV, Woocommerce, and Shopify. I upgraded the Lightspeed shop module from Perl to Nest.js to improve performance and scalability, and I built AI automation workflows using n8n and Python to enhance internal invoicing efficiency.

Previously at Dubizzle Labs, I developed AI solutions including a RAG-based chatbot using OpenAI, LangChain, and AWS OpenSearch, plus a voice-based customer support agent using the OpenAI Realtime API and FastAPI. I also created an audio transcription system with OpenAI’s Whisper, worked across FastAPI/Fastify/Nest.js/Express backends, and deployed services with Docker and Kubernetes using ArgoCD—always prioritizing robust engineering and practical, reliable outcomes.
