As a seasoned Business Analyst and Certified Scrum Master, I bring five years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Waterfall. My expertise lies in facilitating Scrum meetings, eliciting requirements, creating User Stories in JIRA, and leading User Acceptance Testing. I've successfully partnered with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that improve business processes and system efficiencies.

In my current role at CACI Inc, I've worked closely with Product Owners to translate product vision into actionable work for the Development Team. I've facilitated SCRUM events, provided support in Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, and collaborated with project managers, SMEs, and developers to design and implement solutions.

Prior to CACI Inc, I worked as a Business System Analyst at Carefirst BlueCross BlueShield, where I defined and documented business and functional requirements, led requirements analysis and verification, and worked on project documentation in Confluence.
