I'm open to relocation and looking to apply my IT support, systems administration, endpoint deployment, and workflow automation experience in an enterprise environment.

At Aramex, I provision and deploy Windows 11 enterprise devices, manage employee onboarding, and resolve Tier-1/Tier-2 incidents across Microsoft 365, Windows, printers, and hardware through ServiceNow.

I also built PowerShell automation for support diagnostics and developed a SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate solution that replaced manual SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba UAT defect-tracking workflows across Australia and New Zealand.
