I’m a Business Systems Analyst who supports enterprise technology initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing systems, improving business processes, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions. I translate business needs into technical outcomes while keeping implementations on track through testing, validation, and change-management support.

I’m currently supporting the United States Department of the Treasury by analyzing business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements aligned with compliance and regulatory standards. I gather and interpret requirements for operational and system enhancements, develop reports and dashboards for decision-making, and maintain data integrity and governance for sensitive information.

Earlier, at Tata Consultancy Services, I acted as a liaison between stakeholders and IT teams to document operational requirements, improve workflows, identify automation opportunities, and support testing/defect tracking during system changes. Before that, at Apex Systems, I supported SDLC activities and contributed to Cerner EHR conversion by translating requirements into system functionality and assisting with end-user training and post-implementation support.
