I’m a Kenyan beauty professional with training in beauty therapy and strong practical experience in nail technology, sales, and social media management. I focus on delivering quality beauty services while keeping customer care at the center of everything I do.

In my recent role as an Assistant Manager at Bubbles Beauty Care, I supported daily operations, strengthened customer service, and helped maintain service quality and cleanliness. I also managed staff coordination and scheduling to keep the team running smoothly and efficiently.

As a Nail Technician, I provided manicure and pedicure services with a clear commitment to hygiene and professional service delivery. I built strong client relationships by showing up consistently, listening to customer needs, and ensuring every appointment felt reliable and well cared for.

Alongside my service work, I handled business social media as Social Media Manager, creating engaging content and promotions and responding to online customer inquiries. Before that, I gained sales experience as a Sales Associate at Jumia Lakeland Kisumu—helping customers with purchases, handling transactions, and maintaining attractive product displays.
