I seek HR roles focused on onboarding, HR operations, or HRIS where I can drive process improvements, support talent acquisition, and enhance employee experience.

I am a Human Resource professional with a Master's in Human Resource and Organizational Development and hands-on experience supporting onboarding, HR operations, and talent acquisition. I have worked with HRIS and CRM systems to maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance.

At Henry Ford Health System I served as the primary contact for new-hire onboarding, managed background checks and system updates, and implemented process improvements that improved the onboarding experience during COVID-19. In my current role at Rita Consulting Services I support recruitment activities, HRIS data entry, and day-to-day HR inquiries.
