I’m looking for a healthcare support role focused on patient scheduling, clear communication, and process automation—where I can handle appointments, resolve concerns, and keep learning with a world-class team.

I’m an Outbound Patient Services Representative who focuses on scheduling, appointment coordination, and patient support with a strong commitment to accuracy and clarity. I handle changes like rescheduling, updating patient demographics through CRM systems (including Medinformatix), and ensuring patients receive procedure details, preparation instructions, and information on payment options and insurance coverage.

I also streamline follow-ups by using LLM tools like ChatGPT and automation tools like Zapier to send appointment reminders and preparation guidance, escalating complex issues to supervisors when needed. Previously, as a restaurant clerk, I strengthened my customer-facing communication and disciplined record keeping—skills I bring to healthcare workflows; I’m currently pursuing a Diploma in Community Health Nursing to deepen my medical knowledge.
