Since May 2021 I have worked as a Remote Business Systems Analyst at Eneza Telecoms Ltd, overseeing application performance, managing vendors and licenses, and offering user support and training. Previously I served as a Remote Customer Service Executive at Okolea International Ltd (Jan 2018–Dec 2021), handling customer inquiries, ticketing, social media management and troubleshooting.
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Information Technology (Mount Kenya University, 2025) and hold a Diploma in Business Management (Kenya Institute of Management, 2018). I bring strong skills in data analysis and reconciliation, reporting, application testing, project management, financial and operations acumen, and am proficient with MS Office, AI tools (Copilot), InVideo, Google Drive and Google Meet.
