What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote Customer Success, Customer Support, or Sales role, either full-time at 40+ hours per week or part-time at 20+ hours. I value clear objectives, autonomy, initiative, and opportunities to take ownership and make a measurable impact.

I've supported TurnBnB customers remotely across email, chat, and phone, investigating account and operational issues and guiding customers to timely resolutions. I also created automated responses, knowledge-base content, and onboarding resources to reduce user friction and support platform adoption.
