What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an NHS leadership role where I can lead patient advocacy, resolve complex complaints, and use insight reports to drive service redesigns—mentoring teams and partnering with clinical and operational colleagues.

I’m a Deputy Manager in the NHS Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), leading service improvement initiatives while resolving complex and sensitive patient concerns. I supervise and develop a team of four, provide training and case oversight, and ensure issues are handled within agreed timeframes and with a high resolution rate.

I combine a patient-centred, data-informed approach with strong communication and stakeholder engagement to drive change. Through monthly insight reports, I’ve contributed to three service redesigns by identifying recurring themes in patient feedback, and I work closely with complaints, clinical governance, and operational teams to implement joined-up solutions.
