What I'm looking for

Remote CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, Head of AI or Engineering Manager roles at AI and SaaS companies, full-time, contract or fractional. Working from Bandung, Indonesia (UTC+7) as a remote contractor or through an EOR.

At AutoKon I was CTO and the only engineer. I built a production construction-tech platform used by multiple property developers on thousands of housing units across 3 time zones. It turned field photos into verified progress data, and contractor payments (billions of rupiah) were released only after that check passed. The check combined vision-based photo analysis with an LLM-as-judge pipeline calibrated to κ ≥ 0.80 against a human golden set. The platform backed AutoKon's partnership with Real Estat Indonesia (REI).

Before AutoKon I led engineering at Wool and DoCheck. At Wool, our AI analytics system won the company's first enterprise customer, a state-owned enterprise. At DoCheck I led a 20+ person team: AI task generation raised task completion 25%, and a serverless migration cut infrastructure cost 20%.
