I’m looking to lead frontend architecture end to end, ship high-performance SEO products, improve developer experience, and bring agentic AI into everyday delivery—while coaching engineers to grow and deliver consistently.

I’m a frontend engineering leader with 9 years building high-performance, SEO-driven web platforms across eCommerce, EdTech, and FinTech for 1M+ monthly users. I own frontend architecture end to end, bringing React, Next.js, SSR/SPA/PWA, and design systems together for reliable, scalable delivery.

As an engineering leader, I scope technical roadmaps, unblock engineers, run code reviews, and partner closely with product, design, and QA to ship on schedule. I’ve led teams of 5 to 10 engineers, raised velocity, and improved outcomes like 2.5x faster pages, 37% organic traffic growth, and 23% conversion uplift.

I’m also deeply focused on developer experience and quality—Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed optimization, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1) are part of how I build. I drive delivery with Agile/Scrum processes, CI/CD quality gates, and automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright) to reduce manual QA and strengthen release confidence.

Recently, I’ve been bringing AI into engineering through agentic workflows and custom AI skills that accelerate design-to-code, code review, and day-to-day delivery. I’ve used automation (n8n + Git/CI), built an automated code-review agent, and helped teams adopt AI through enablement and reusable prompt patterns.
