What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead international programs with strong stakeholder coordination and data-driven research, balancing compliance, people-centered delivery, and measurable impact in cross-cultural environments.

I bring seven plus years of experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven research to facilitate successful programs. I’m known for fostering collaborative, cross-cultural teams while staying adaptable, fast-learning, and results-oriented.

At The Japan Foundation, I coordinated the NIHONGO Partners Program, supporting bilateral Japan-Indonesia delivery through structured collaboration with partners and stakeholders. I analyzed data and conducted market research to inform project strategy, including surveying over 200 educators across 13 regions in Indonesia with phone handling, information validation, and on-site activities.

I also strengthened program impact through rigorous execution and governance. I managed confidential data for 60-100 foreign volunteers annually, ensured compliance with regulations and local authority reporting requirements, and organized and managed online and offline events, workshops, and training for 40-50 local Japanese language educators to build program capacity.

Earlier, I worked in international affairs and international development-focused roles—drafting and reviewing 20 MoUs with universities from 7 countries, supporting exchange and joint-research initiatives, and serving in research and education contexts (including junior research in inclusive education for disabilities). Across roles, I combine digital intelligence, ethical data handling, and careful logistics—travel arrangements and program operations included—with a strong relationship-building approach.
