I'm leading regional program delivery at Africans Rising, coordinating initiatives across Africa and the diaspora while maintaining milestone tracking and launch readiness.

I manage the AAMA continental initiative with the program team, strengthening accountability across a network of more than 44,000 members. I also design capacity-building frameworks and monitoring tools that help local initiatives achieve regional goals.

Previously, I managed programme operations at WeBuild and Lead by a Girl, overseeing logistics, resources, stakeholder communication, project planning, budgets, and risk mitigation. I partnered with international organizations, government representatives, and community leaders to support civic tech platform adoption.

My work also includes mixed-methods evaluation with 120+ participants, evidence-based reporting, HR operations, conflict resolution, and hosting preventative health education for thousands of viewers. I'm a native English and Pidgin speaker with intermediate French and Swahili.
