What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated Program Manager with a strong background in STEM workforce training and research. Currently, I lead a $5 million program at the Center for IT Research in the Interest of Society (CITRIS), where I successfully increased the program budget by $1 million through grant co-authorship. My role encompasses end-to-end management, HR functions, and the creation of evaluation strategies, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and effective execution.
In addition to my work at CITRIS, I serve as a consultant for Google’s Ethical AI Research, where I provide insights on the social impacts of emergent technologies. My previous experience includes managing research teams at the Institute for Governmental Studies and authoring impactful publications that address the intersection of technology and underserved communities. I am passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion in tech, as demonstrated by my initiatives at UC Berkeley.
