I am a doctoral researcher in Law and New Technologies at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, with over a decade of legal research and consulting experience in privacy law, data protection, and ICT regulation. I bridge regulatory frameworks and innovation, advising on GDPR compliance and international data transfer mechanisms.
My work spans analysis of emerging technologies including AI, IoT, Big Data, and cloud services, and I have drafted regulatory documents and legal analyses for telecom, broadband, OTT and CDN operators. I have contributed to national codification projects, industrial policy legal structures, and intellectual property and commercialization strategies.
I teach online and university courses in constitutional and communication law, publish on ISP liability and data regulatory protection, and bring analytical rigor, cross-cultural collaboration, and a commitment to evidence-based policy to every project.
