I’m looking for a role where I can advise on Data Protection/GDPR and Digital Law for emerging technologies, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to strong research-informed decision-making—ideally aligned with digital rights and cybersecurity.

I’m a Legal Advisor specialized in Data Protection, Cybersecurity, and Digital Law, and I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Digital Rights. I advise on emerging technologies and focus on turning complex regulatory obligations into practical, compliance-oriented solutions.

In my current academic and professional roles at the University of Burgos and the University of León, I supervise, moderate, and review work to ensure quality and compliance with academic standards. I also provide legal guidance to teams and students, helping them structure rigorous research and adopt sound methodologies.

As a Legal Consultant for the Robotics Research Group, I advised on legal aspects of emerging technologies—particularly AI and data protection—developing solutions aligned with current regulations. Earlier, as an Assistant to the Town Clerk, I supported legal advisory services by interpreting and applying local, national, and EU regulations.

I bring strong legal expertise together with technical knowledge and academic involvement, combining regulatory compliance work with research and publication.
