At MARSH & MCLENNAN IBERIA, I advise on insurance contracts and distribution, consumer protection, e-commerce regulation, and related European rules including IDD, DORA and SOLVENCY II. I also advise on GDPR, LOPDGDD and the EU AI Regulation.
At Group Asterra, I served as Head of Legal & Compliance and Data Protection Officer. I handled corporate operations and M&A due diligences, managed contracts, and carried out privacy audits and DPIAs.
I also created and oversaw Group Asterra’s Criminal Risks Prevention and AML Handbooks, and worked on anti-corruption procedures, corporate policies, public tenders and private RFPs. Earlier, at AON IBERIA and MEDTRONIC IBERICA, I advised on legal, compliance and data protection matters.
My background also includes labor department roles and eight years as Commercial Director and Production Manager at INDULAK S.L. I hold a Law degree, master’s degrees in Corporate Law and M&A and Data Protection, and I’m completing a master’s degree in Legal Practice and Legal Representation.
