As a corporate lawyer, I spearheaded corporate structuring for over 15 international companies entering the Spanish market, managing incorporations, tax registrations, and share transfers. I ensured compliance with EU directives and Spanish regulations while serving as the primary point of contact for new clients.

During my tenure as a legal trainee, I prepared and presented due diligence reports for real estate acquisitions and drafted various legal documents including LOIs and SPAs. I also chaired the international expansion of a startup into the Spanish market.

As a legal intern, I advised a Chinese client on compliance with liquidation procedures for an Italian LLC subsidiary and researched EU crowdfunding regulations. I also identified potential joint venture targets in the Italian healthcare sector.
