As Founder & Product Manager of Nertra, I solo-founded a desktop CRM and operations platform for Argentine metalworking SMBs. I ran 10+ SMB owner discovery, translated workflow pain into engineering-ready PRDs, and shipped modules like quote flow with expiration, job tracking with a state machine, and commercial dashboards. I also owned the UI/UX direction and designed a two-installer architecture so non-technical owners could install in under five minutes, then resolved production bugs in customer deployments.

Before Nertra, I built an internal CRM at Hospimed to replace fragile Excel workflows, designed KPI dashboards and automated recurring reports, and defended pricing decisions with profitability analysis. I’ve also led and executed the commercial cycle—owning a $200M ARS portfolio across prospecting to retention, and leading a 6-person sales team—so I bring both product rigor and GTM clarity into every roadmap decision.
