I’m a results-driven Product Owner/Product Manager who leads cross-functional teams to define product strategies and deliver successful lifecycles. I focus on aligning business goals with user needs and market opportunities, then turning that into roadmaps, backlogs, and measurable outcomes.

In my most recent role as a Product Owner, I’ve owned product strategy and roadmap work, led discovery and market benchmarking to find high-impact initiatives, and facilitated Agile ceremonies that improved delivery efficiency. I also act as a key liaison between stakeholders, business units, and engineering teams to ensure priorities stay clear and execution stays fast.

Across my product roles, I’ve managed products that generated 25% of the company’s total revenue and optimized backlog prioritization to maximize business value. I lean on KPIs and performance analysis to make data-informed decisions and guide iteration, while ensuring end-to-end delivery from ideation to launch.

Before that, I managed execution as a Waterplan Product Owner with a team of 12+ across multiple sub-areas, setting strategic priorities, performance metrics, and collaboration practices. I’m also committed to enablement—designing product training sessions for internal teams and customer support—and I continuously strengthen my product practice through courses like Become a Product Manager and Design Thinking.
