I'm currently supporting fund operations at Convoi Ventures, maintaining data hygiene, managing HubSpot, streamlining investor onboarding, and overseeing Carta management for Fund I.
Previously at Carta, I implemented capitalization tables and securities for enterprise and venture-capital clients. I coordinated clients, law firms, sales, fund accounting, product, and engineering teams while maintaining high-quality data, training customers on Carta, and improving onboarding processes.

Investor Onboarding:

Collaborate with new fund clients to collect data and onboard them into the system;
Effectively liaise between sales and Fund Accounting teams as the bridge post-sales;
Identify process and quality improvements and highlight them to appropriate leadership;
Coordinate and manage inputs needed from both the clients and their law firms
Maintain the quality of clients’ data throughout the on-boarding
Support new clients and their law firms in “on-boarding” them onto Carta – i.e., implementation of client’s capitalization table and securities on Carta
