Currently, I serve as a Product Manager at SABI, where I analyze user feedback and data to inform product development decisions. I work closely with engineers and designers to gather and document product requirements, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery of product features. My leadership in developing the Pre-boarding and Offboarding application has streamlined employee lifecycle management, showcasing my ability to lead projects from ideation to deployment.

Previously, I worked as a System and Database Administrator at NSIA Insurance, where I orchestrated the development of the Claims Payment Module, significantly enhancing claims payment efficiency.
